GROUP CLASSES

Our group classes are our staple offering, and they form the backbone of everything our gym stands for. Members come together in support of each other, sweat, hold each other accountable, and gather in friend/fellowship.

Many of our members will come early or stay late to have a coffee together in our recently updated lobby. Many of our members will simply work through classes quietly as part of their daily routine. No matter your style of interaction, we strive to offer an environment that meets you where you are. The classes themselves are extremely challenging and intended to push you into sometimes uncomfortable territory. Always safe, but always intended to push up against whatever limitations are holding you back.

Our classes are dynamic and combine movements such as running, rowing, biking, jumping rope, weightlifting and many bodyweight exercises. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, and boxes. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form our daily workouts. The classes are an hour long and typically include a warm-up, skill and strength development, conditioning and mobility.

Our group classes were cultivated and forged by Progressive Fitness, a wholly owned subsidiary of Forge Fitness. We consider group classes our vintage stable offering and the diversity of our members and the joint branding between Forge and Progressive will be readily apparent during your first visit at the gym..
