Graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University, Adam also obtains the NSCA-CSCS, USAW-L1, and CPR/AED certifications. Adam has been coaching for several years now in the realm of athletic strength & conditioning, personal training, Olympic Weightlifting, and CrossFit.

TJ Reyes
TJ is a veteran fitness coach with 10 years of experience under her belt. She goes above and beyond to ensure all of her athletes are on their way to discovering their full potential. TJ holds a Bachelors degree in Health and Human Performance along with the CrossFit L1 certification. TJ has participated in a diverse set of sports, including soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, and wrestling. She is even a former college volleyball athlete for the University of Great Falls in Montana! Outside of the gym she is a loving wife and mother of three kids and two dogs.
